Static Compactor
|
There are 5 machines in our standard range which will ensure whatever the waste type, size or volume we will have a machine to suite the application. Our entry level machine has a massive 1.5m³ charge box and an industry leading compaction force of 30 tonnes. Our larger machines can generate over 40 tonnes of compaction force. We also feature a 'short' version (2050mm) of our 1.5m³ model which is ideal for sites with limited space.
The units are particularly suitable for use with waste that has a predominantly dry content i.e. cardboard, shrink wrap, pallets etc. Static compactors can achieve up to 6:1 compaction ratios. The operational method of these compactors makes them ideal for incorporation into a variety of complete waste handling systems.

All static compactors include ¾ full warning, PLC controls, lockable
control panel and waste retention claws. The standard machine pricing
includes for either an open splayed hopper or enclosed interlocked hopper.
Options include chute/dock/integrated bin tipper loading applications.
Static compactors can be used in conjunction with RoRo enclosed
containers 14yds3 - 40yds3. A level concrete base is required.
